    Cambiamento

     
    Nella pratica medica il cambiamento è inevitabile.
    Si sviluppano nuove tecniche chirurgiche, le procedure vengono aggiornate, le proprie capacità crescono.
    L'innovazione è tutto.
    Niente rimane invariato a lungo e noi o ci adattiamo al cambiamento o.. restiamo indietro.
    Il cambiamento non ci piace, ci fa paura.
    Ma non possiamo evitare che arrivi.
    O ci adattiamo al cambiamento o rimaniamo indietro.
    Crescere è doloro, chiunque vi dice il contrario sta mentendo.
    Ma la verità è che qualche volta più le cose cambiano e più restano le stesse.
    E qualche volta il cambiamento è bello..
    Qualche volta il cambiamento...è tutto.
